Laurent Beretta, illusionnist, corporate speaker, creates powerful experiences to trigger insights. After earning his MBA in the United States and winning the Grand Prix at the Monaco Magic Festival, he founded Corporate Illusions : a company dedicated to creating memorable events.

It’s for his unique vision of the customer experience that major companies like Louis Vuitton, BNP, Chanel, Dior, and L’Oréal regularly call upon his services. Since 1999, Laurent has been creating impactful visuals and messages for prestigious events, often highlighting the magic of luxury.

Thanks to his work with luxury brands, Laurent has expanded his presence in the corporate world. Naturally, he began to draw connections between the magical experiences he creates and the broader concept of customer experience .

Because illusionists know a lot about how the human brain works—knowledge that is valuable both on stage and in business!

After studying the psychology behind magical effects and audience behavior, Laurent launched a second activity in 2008 and became a motivational speaker. His first keynote, “Perception and Performance,” builds connections between the corporate world and the performance techniques of an illusionist.

Then, after training in Neuromarketing and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) he developed a second keynote on: customer experience : « Create the WOW Effect in customer relations », offering a fresh and enriching take on the customer centric approach. Because the analogies drawn by illusionists break traditional patterns of thinking, Laurent seeks to spark lasting “aha” moments.
